Leavers Ceremony 2007

For one last time on 28 June the U8th came together again for the Leavers' Ceremony. Speeches were made by the High Master and one of the School's most recognisable personalities, OP and TV presenter Dan Snow. Dan, who left 10 years ago this summer, entertained the audience with good advice that he wished he had received when he left School. "Talk to girls, they like it" he began and continued more seriously that it is important to change paths if you find your course and your developing interests are at odds. "Don't waste time pursuing something you actually no longer wish to do."

Once the formalities were over the boys all filed out receiving their Yearbooks and OP Club Red Laundry Bags to a welcome celebration drink in the Rose Garden.

The Club welcomes the Class of 2007 and looks forward to entertaining them on the Uni Drinks Tour and the University Dinners and hopes they too will keep in touch.
